An occasional series aimed at the A.D.H.D. reader, these will describe each diet I am doing in 100 words.
One of the first modern ‘health and fitness’ intermittent fasting diets. Warrior’s based around a high frequency, usually daily, cycle of fasting and eating you extend the overnight fast not eating for a total of 20 hours and then finish the day with a 4 hour eating ‘window’ consisting of big meal and a few follow up snacks.
The aim is to lose fat and improve health and vitality. To than end there’s also advice on how and when to exercise and guidance on what order to eat foods in depending on your goal.
